24 years experience
For over 24 years, I have studied Tai Chi and Chi Gung at schools across the country. In addition to having studied extensively with Steve Barowsky, a senior student of lineage holder Master B.K. Frantzis, as well as with many other exeptional Tai Chi Masters, such as Grand Master Zhu Tien Cai, a Chen family lineage holder from Chen village at the Texas School of Tai Chi, I have also spent over a decade traveling from coast to coast in order to study Tai Chi, Chi Gung, and other meditation and healing systems with many other formidable instructors from around the world. Additionally, I have won both state and national championships in Push Hands (Tui Shou) and forms competitions. Having worked in physical rehabilitation centers, cancer clinics, chronic pain management, senior citizen centers, and with the general population, I have found the practice of Tai Chi to be immensely beneficial in helping to create balance and vigor in one’s state of health and well being, while also serving as a highly refined and formidable system of self defense. I would like to extend this invitation to explore a wonderful form of exercise, meditation and self defense which has helped to make the lives of millions of people healthy and vibrant.
